Lynx is a bit of a walking contradiction. She considers herself to be the best "peace keeper" there is, always taking a liking to the idea of being a sort of Sheriff and ensuring everyone is safe. How she actually goes about this however is a little counter intuitive towards her own goals. As she totes around at all times her two revolvers passed down to her by her mother, who taught her all she knows about handling them, every time a situation arises in which some kind of altercation is happening, Lynx's first instinct is to do what she refers to as "blasting" — a tactic meant to get everyone's attention and resolve the matter. The effectiveness of this is debatable, as most people end up running away immediately fearing for their lives. Lynx however doesn't seem to realize this, thinking that her tactics worked perfectly and everyone simply decided to put their differences aside and go home. After one too many incidents of this nature, a concerned anonymous source sent Lynx a flyer for the Grand Ball Cup with a note saying there would be plenty of "issues" needing solved there. Not one to back down from a challenge, Lynx loaded her weapons, put on her gear, and set out for the Arena, where she would run into another individual who seemed quite similar to her named Trent. The two would then decide to form Twelve Nails together and enter the tournament.
