Season 3 Champion
Cyrus trained for years in the art of the Kunai, and in doing so also managed to learn the ability to cloak himself, becoming invisible, and intangible. Using both to his advantage, Cyrus lays down a constant fire of kunai at his opponent while also avoiding critical hits through his cloaking dodge ability. While he lost his debut against the also-debuting (turned future champion of that Season) Finn, and was eventually eliminated from the tournament entirely without a win to his name.
Cyrus however would take these losses and use them as fuel to better himself. He spent countless hours in his downtime honing his abilities and strengthening his skills with the Kunai. While at the same time, he met with another ranged class competitor, the "Oranger" herself, Mira. The two shared a fondness for throwing things at people, and they felt their synergy and teamwork would be massive in spelling victory for them as a team. The duo would go on to be proven entirely correct in this assumption, as they made it through the group stage of the Grand Ball Cup, and even all through the playoffs, going so far as to defeat the number one seed of the tournament, The Armory, comprised of Al and Otis, for the championship title.
Outside of the Arena, little is known about Cyrus, he doesn't appear to have many connections outside of the few he does here. Even then, he spends most of his time completely alone. Seemingly much of that time spent doing some form of mental training, or meditation of sorts. Some who have seen him around will claim he must have some kind of tragic, horrible backstory since he is so closed off. But no one truly knows for sure, he is as they say, a mystery, wrapped in secrets. But Cyrus prefers things that way. More recently, Cyrus' daily meditations have included the melee practitioner, Umbra. Who will stand near Cyrus on occasion during his daily meditation, providing an even calmer atmosphere as a gentle, serene rain falls around them. They have never actually spoken a word to one another at any point, yet the silence between them speaks quite loudly of a shared love of silence and peace.
Cyrus throws kunai at his opponent at a fast rate, drawing from a seemingly infinite supply. Each kunai deals 5 damage per hit.
Every so often, when Cyrus senses an incoming weapon or projectile, he uses his cloaking ability to dash away or through the attack. During the dash he becomes intangible for a brief moment, making him unable to be hit.
Similar to Mira, Cyrus has studied the art of aiming his shots closely, directing his throws toward the opponent rather than relying on throwing at random.
Season 2 (Debut)
Ball debuts with the following base stats:
Kunai Damage: 4 per hit.
Cloak Duration: 0.75 seconds.
Cloak Cooldown: 5 seconds.
Season 3
BUFF: Shadow Dodge no longer has a cooldown, and is instead chance based. With the chance increasing for every hit taken before resetting once activated.
Season 4 - 1v1
BUFF: Kunai Damage per hit: 4 → 5.
BUFF: Kunai lifespan decreased from 0.45 seconds to 0.35 seconds, this in effect makes missed throws leave less time between the next throw.
BUFF: On some occasions, the next time a kunai is brought out to be thrown by Cyrus, he will grab three at once, and throw all three in one go. The two extras angled slightly to the left and right.
BUFF: Kunai triple throws follow up throw cooldown is reduced compared to a normal throw, meaning a triple throw will be very quickly followed up by a normal singular throw or possibly in some cases another triple throw which can result in very quick combos if Cyrus gets multiple triple throws in a row. The chance for a triple throw is 10%.
Season 4 - Boss Battles
BUFF: Kunai Damage per hit: 4 → 6.
