Caesar is one happy guy. He lived a very normal and peaceful life prior to joining the Arena, and for whatever reason, decided to register as a combatant almost as soon as he could once becoming an adult. At just 19, Caesar is about as young as someone on the roster can be. Yet he has gained quite a reputation for his positive attitude, extroverted energy, and just a very bright and happy disposition over all. Though because of this many mistake him for still being a child, but he very much isn't and Caesar treats that quite seriously. Though Caesar is most known by all as the signature bubble blower. No one can blow bubbles quite like Caesar can, and it is the primary thing that he is seen doing at any given moment. He blows a series of bubbles from his handy bubble wand, and watches them all intently. While he is quite talkative to others, while watching his bubbles, Caesar doesn't say a word. He just stares very intensely at his bubbles.

Some have questioned where Caesar gets all this bubble solution from that allows him to actually fight battles using the bubbles. When asked about it, he only ever says that he acquires his bubbles through his "bubble dealer". The Arena, ever curious about this mysterious bubble dealer, has had several private investigators look into the identity of this person. To this day they have found no records of such an individual even existing. Nor has the Arena ever once seen Caesar actually leave to go meet with anyone outside the Arena grounds.

One day while sitting there just blowing his bubbles, Caesar was approached by the rather unnerving looking Morana. Though she remained just behind him, knowing she needed a partner for the upcoming Grand Ball Cup Tournament, she struggled to keep her vocal cords in place correctly to not sound incredibly monstrous. As she softly asked him if he would be willing to be her teammate for the upcoming season. Caesar would silently blow another series of bubbles and watched each one as one would pop after another. Once the final one exploded into bubbly remains that fell to the floor, Caesar would say "Sure." before turning around and seeing nobody there, as Morana hurried away after hearing his answer, as she was too fearful of him being scared of her.

Eventually however the two would meet in the flesh for the first time at the start of the tournament, and to Morana's surprise, Caesar never once mentioned anything about her appearance. In fact, the two became a formidable duo in the Arena itself, advancing all the way to the playoffs. Along the way forming a sort of unexpected friendship, as Caesar's whimsical positivity made Morana feel even just slightly better given her circumstances.

After things were all said and done, the two would part ways and Caesar would once more sit down and get lost in his own world of bubbles. Where eventually Louis would just so happen to sit beside him. To which Caesar would then hand him a spare bubble wand, as the two sat there blowing bubbles into the wind in silence. Eventually the two would be approached by Meryl. Who was looking for two other teammates, and them, a third. So they would go on to form the team, Sum Bubble Balls for the Season 4 Boss Gauntlet.

Caesar did however wonder what happened to one of his friends he made during his first days in the Arena. He couldn't quite remember why, but he knew it had been quite some time since the last he saw Gorty. Caesar remembered the last time he saw Gorty, being well before his disappearance. When Gorty specifically asked Caesar to join him in his lab, where he wished to analyze the bubble solution that Caesar was using, just for "scientific purposes" he claimed. Caesar saw no reason to protest, and poured a small sample of it into a vial. After some careful analysis, Gorty seemed fairly worried, and asked Caesar to blow a few bubbles himself. He did so, and Gorty would use a specialized camera to take a snapshot of one of the bubbles themselves, and what he found horrified him more than he ever had been up until that point in his life. He discovered the true reason why Caesar was able to use his bubbles in combat alongside normal use. Eventually, Gorty would send Caesar away, as he continued to look at the vial of bubble solution before him. "Each one…every single bubble…What a monster…" Gorty would think to himself.

Caesar is one happy guy.
