Louis has seen everything. In the literal sense. Prior to Louis existing, there was nothing. At least as far as he remembers. On the first day he just appeared. Existing within nothing more than a dark void of emptiness. Then after enough time had passed, Louis decided there should be more than this. Then existence came to be. The universe, the galaxies, the solar systems and planets and stars. Everything was created from that moment of boredom.

Louis allowed himself to float aimlessly, and whichever rock he landed on, would be the one he would call home. Eventually landing on a large planet filled with all kinds of different environments. His travels would see him run into the planet's first people. Where he would befriend a particular individual who went by Plok. Whom he taught rudimentary spoken language in a short time. But Louis would continue on his travels soon enough, and he would say one of the first goodbyes to his first of many friends.

Centuries would pass and Louis would watch the world shape itself around him. Through no intervention of his whatsoever. All he cared to do was befriend those he met, and to take in this existence while he has it. He would make friends whom he'd meet once and never see again, while others he would meet as young adults and when he would come back around, still the same Louis from before, they would be frail and elderly. This phenomenon haunted Louis often, as he noticed that he never did change with the passing of time, meanwhile everything around him did and at an ever increasingly rapid pace.

Louis would at one point find himself in the Kingdom of Riposte. Where he noticed many of the peasants lived in horrid conditions, and existed in the ever looming shadow of the kingdom's tyrannical ruler, Maxibillian Counteriposte. Referred to by the masses as the Tyrant King Counter. He would keep all of his kingdom's people under his thumb through constant high taxes, all collected by an ancient ancestor of another particular tax man. He would thwart all attempts to assassinate him by retaliating with his signature ability. The Counter Reflex. While few have seen it in action, it is rumoured that by merely stepping in the general vicinity of one born with the Counter Reflex, their body will instinctively react and unleash some kind of counter attack in self defense. Because of this, any attempts to so much as attack the Tyrant King resulted in almost immediate death. One day, Louis would watch as yet another poor soul attempted to extinguish the reign of this ruler. He then watched as this particular woman managed to somehow evade the initial counter, managing to strike the King's face several times causing great disfigurement.

Enraged, the King launched his fist forward at a blinding speed, and Louis once more could only stare in shock as the fist flew straight through the center of the brave woman. Who, as the life began to drain from her eyes, would tell the King. "This isn't over. Not even close…". This statement however would give the King an idea, and he would summon one of his many loyal servants, who just so happened to have a patch over their eye. This particular servant would then cast what seemed to be a magical spell over the dying woman. Cursing her brain to constantly be rebuilding itself while the rest of her body would be left to decay. Forcing her to continue living despite being dead. As she lay on the floor, filled with agony from being alive while her body began to decay, finally, she was discarded by the King's other servants into a nearby river. Despite all what he just witnessed, Louis knew it simply wasn't his place to intervene and while morally, it felt like the wrong thing to do. If he helped here, and wasn't able to help everyone, everywhere else, the weight of such expectations would grow to be far too much for him to take. So he vowed to remain as much of a witness and nothing more as possible.

Eventually Louis would be around for a more positive moment in time, where he watched as a brilliant scientist was showing off his latest creation, a robotic humanoid that was built to defend others from harm. But, sensing he needed to continue moving, Louis would simply greet the creator and creation and move on his way. The main reason he felt so incensed to leave so soon, was because of a presence he felt in the crowd. A feeling he doesn't get from other lifeforms, and one that felt like it mirrored his own. In fact, he could remember bumping into them at one point just as he was leaving.

All he could remember was the color green, as trying to remember anything else about them didn't turn up any results in Louis' mind. This worried him greatly, as he had no idea how someone in this universe could have such power that rivaled his own. He's known of powerful lifeforms existing, even ones that many would consider to be demigods or complete gods, Louis knew of them all and while many were the fiction created by oppressive regimes hellbent on the control of mass populations through the fear of non existence and eternal punishment. Some did exist, and he knew even they did not come anywhere near this level of power he felt from this imposing green individual. But just as quick as he sensed him, he suddenly disappeared into the crowd, and not wanting to make a scene, Louis had no choice but to let them go.

Not long after that Louis would hear news that the very same scientist's lab was destroyed in several large explosions. Suddenly he would get a very bad feeling and would go to check out what remained of the scene. There he found only one thing he would find of interest. An instructional book that the scientist had created based on his own work, and in it, one page was missing and according to the table of contents, it was the page regarding the same technology used in that robot that allows it to grow and shrink its size. Unsure as to why that would be taken by whoever did this, Louis once more had no choice but to carry on.

Louis' travels would see him wind up at The Arena. Where he would be one of the first registered combatants to join. While some are floored by being in the presence of Louis, others are far more calm and reasonable about it. Either way Louis goes out of his way to be as kind and respectable an opponent as one can get. At one point, he would be approached by a pair of twins looking for guidance and training to be stronger. The trio would form a team for the Season 3 Grand Ball Cup. Where they would be eliminated in the group stage, however The Twins found themselves satisfied with their time with Louis, as he would spend time helping them find new and smooth rocks for their collection and continued on towards other competitors for guidance.

Left looking for a team for the Season 4 Boss Gauntlet, Louis saw a lone Caesar just sitting there blowing bubbles. Louis would sit down beside him, and as he looked over at Caesar beside him, he saw Caesar's hand extended towards him without a word, offering him a wand. The two would sit there, silently blowing bubbles into the wind. Before long however, Meryl would approach them, and seeing as they needed one more teammate, Louis agreed to have her join their team, forming Sum Bubble Balls.

Despite not feeling that green power from before in quite some time, Louis has recently stated that as of late he feels more and more an overwhelming feeling that the very same individual from that day, may be much closer than he thought.
